  • All flooring (Vacuuming and moping with disinfectant and carpet cleaning if required)
  • All wastes are emptied, waste bins are cleaned and sanitised.
  • Living area – thorough cleaning and dusting from top to bottom of wall frames, furniture, skirting boards. switches and window seals.
  • Doors – clean all doors, handles and frames.
  • Bathrooms – Clean with disinfectant sinks, bathtubs, toilets, shower and tiled surfaces. All wall mountings and corners especially behind the toilet are cleaned and sanitised.


We have the equipment and experience to return properties to their former condition.

We clean out every inch of the property.

Plus we can also supply the following services in house; – dusting, removing cob webs, glass cleaning, cleaning floors, cleaning front door entrances, cleaning and polishing lifts in communal areas in multi tenancy houses, recycling unwanted mail and the checking and change of light bulbs.

Outer locations may also call for treatment. We can conduct light up keeping including daily litter picking, sweeping of the steps, the cleaning and disinfecting of bins, routine flowerbed maintenance and weeding of car parks.
